DUNMORE — PennDOT crews are taking down peeling signs and replacing them with new ones in the area where Interstates 81, 84 and 380 along with Route 6, the Casey Highway all intersect. The junction those highways can be confusing if you are not familiar with our area, and some shabby highway signs don’t help much.
