PALMYRA TOWNSHIP– State police in Pike County filed indecent exposure charges against a man from Scranton. Troopers say Keith Williams, 45, flashed a female co-worker while the two were car pooling from work last month. Officers say the 54-year-old victim was driving on Interstate 84 near Tafton when the incident happened.![]()
